• Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Rochester
• Master of Science Degree in Nutrition from the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy
• Extensive clinical experience helping people manage a wide variety of medical conditions including Diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and other issues
• Experience in wellness counseling
